Exam Pass Guarantee Policy

• We will pay for any exam you fail up to the amount of your LabSim purchase and not exceeding the amount of the US certification exam price.
• You can request your claim anytime after the date of your purchase - for as long as you own the product.
• You keep your training material. You are not required to return your training material in order to claim your exam pass guarantee.
• The Exam Pass Guarantee is only valid for single-user purchases and does not apply to network versions or academic purchases.
• This guarantee applies for those certification exams that correspond with your purchased LabSim course.

To Request your Exam Pass Guarantee:

1. Send us a copy of:
• The failed exam report issued by an Authorized Testing Center (such as Prometric or VUE).
• Two TestOut Practice Exam scores of 90% or better that are dated prior to the date of your certification exam.
2. We will then send you a test voucher or a check for the price of the exam up to the amount of your LabSim purchase.
